I visited the place sometimes, and I 'm also very fond of Kafu's writings, but I didn't know about the memorial - I'll certainly pay a visit. What's most intriguing (or not...) is that Yoshiwara pleasure quarter still there, although in new "gang" look. Nice photos, nice b/w.
